Henry got his first drum, a snare, at the age of 10, and a full set of drums at the
age of 13. At age 14 he was playing with Country Boy Eddie's son Doyle and making
regular appearances on the Country Boy Eddie Show. Henry play with numerous
bands over the next several years swapping back and forth between one rock band
and one country band. When Henry was 21, he joined a group called Tyme, with
Allen Harris and Doug Woodard. After 9 years Henry and Doug left to work with
Dale McCrory, and in 1991 met Jesse Boartfield and Southland was born! |
